Schwab/TD Ameritrade Conspiracy

As explained here: (Inaccurate Transaction Dates), FINRA published a disciplinary action against Barclays Capital that involved the same type of recordkeeping inconsistency that I identified in my Schwab brokerage statements.  Barclays' issues were attributed to “coding errors” and, as a result, positions failed to be reported.  This led me to reassess the screenshots of crash reports and system logs generated by the Schwab and TD Ameritrade apps in 2018.

Indeed, “coding errors” also coincided with Schwab’s erroneous accounting in 2018 (same timeframe as the Barclays issues).  And, far beyond mere “coding errors,” a sophisticated exploit chain is evinced that, furthermore, exposes TD Ameritrade direct role in facilitating the device tampering and, ultimately, the interference with the Schwab account.  Exhibit ‘S’ is respectfully submitted herewith to demonstrate that evidence does exist supportive of these claims regarding “coding errors,” and particularly regarding TD Ameritrade’s involvement.

COMING IN THE NOT TOO DISTANT FUTURE

Through meticulous efforts to "follow the money," I identified that $3.51, the amount remaining in my "closed" TD Ameritrade account, was a "key value" that factored into the analysis of the discrepancies in my Schwab account (until then, my analyses had been consistently stymied by stray discrepancies of just a few dollars and cents).  This led to the realization that my closed TD Ameritrade account was instrumental in the scheme.

The analysis was initially set forth forth in my 2020 case 8:20-cv-00267 and substantiated the original basis for the Schwab/TD conspiracy--first alleged in that case, but the Court found this claim to be subject to Schwab's arbitration agreement.  The analysis has been clarified substantially since then and will be provided here at a later date.
